«Like everything at EEC, Team Coaching is professional and practical»
I studied Law because I was attracted by the way society was regulated and I thought it would allow me to analyze, debate and provide solutions. I hesitated between Law and Hispanic Philology, due to my passion for literature and grammar. I was always interested in words, conversations and people. I also wanted to do different things throughout my professional career, so that when I look back on it in the future, I would feel satisfied and complete.
So I decided to leave law and combined my knowledge of law and the legal profession with my interest in people. I founded and managed a lawyer search firm in Spain. At this stage I learned many more aspects of the legal profession, law firms and companies. I also started in the exciting world of Coaching and Career Guidance.
I now put all of the above at the service of my clients, who have always enriched me both professionally and personally. I also put at their service my goal of continuing to help them in the shaping and leadership of their teams and in their professional fulfilment, to help them feel satisfied as they make their way and when they look back.
