2023 was the year in which we at Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) celebrated our 20th anniversary, a year full of significant milestones and achievements. Throughout the year, we have reached more than 14,000 contact hours with clients and students, which amounts to an average of about 50 hours per day.
In addition, the year was marked by the new international recognitions we have obtained for our Team Coaching Programme, which has been awarded the new ICF (AATC) seal in Spain. Also for Team Coaching, we have achieved the extension to 75 CCE hours and the programme director, Luis Carchak received another exceptional stamp, the ACTC credential, as an expert in team coaching.
The EEC Consultancy service has accumulated more than 5,270 hours of work, executing 218 projects, including 75 customised projects. In addition, it attracted 30 new companies, strengthening its position in the market.
In the academic field, at Escuela Europea de Coaching we have provided more than 5,090 hours of training, we have had up to 630 participants in our programmes and we have certified 190 new executive coaches.
In addition, combining the experiences of EEC Academic and EEC Consultancy, we have carried out more than 3,653 hours of executive coaching sessions. A figure that reflects our ability to do executive coaching in 18 countries and in 8 languages.
Regarding EEC corporate events, we have added a total of 3,057 people registered, who have participated, among others, in the free workshops in which we inform about the discipline and the webinars of the cycle "The 20 Years Window".
Also, have done so in the cycle "EEC Corporate Talks", in which we presented our in-house developments, and attracted 358 participants. This cycle allowed us to listen to HR managers from Sanitas, La Roche Posay, Otsuka and Bankinter and will hold a second edition in 2024.
As for the alumni community, EEC Alumni, as it does year after year, plays a crucial role in Escuela Europea de Coaching. In 2023, it has been marked by the return of face-to-face and exclusive events for EEC Alumni members.
With 17 activities, EEC Alumni has added a total of 21 hours of specific coaching workshops open to all audiences. The Learning Community registered an attendance of 955 people. and had the opportunity to deliver up to a maximum of 880 CCEs among its participants who are already ICF coaches.
Finally, we have been commemorating this 20th anniversary month by month through the cycle of "The 20 Years Windows", which consisted of 11 online meetings, generated more than 220 minutes of live connection and brought together 2,373 people.
In addition, among the celebrations of the 20th anniversary of Escuela Europea de Coaching, we cannot forget the three great parties that we held in Madrid and Barcelona, and their respective Jamming performances, when we had the opportunity to connect, hug and laugh together with more than 350 people.
In addition to these achievements, in 2023 we will continue to hold ICF recognised programmes (Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3), certifications and projects for English-language coaching companies and the development of the digitalisation of individual coaching services for companies.
In summary, 2023 has been a year of growth and celebration for us at EEC that has been filled with actions that we hope have positively impacted the lives of our clients, students and the coaching community at large.
And, for 2024, at Escuela Europea de Coaching we can say that, with our sights set on the future and hand in hand with empathy, we will focus on new events and training programmes with which we will collaborate so that professionals and teams find a way to achieve better living.
