EEC in 2024: A Year of International Growth, Impact, and Strategic Consulting Consolidation

31 de January 2025

**Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC)** continues to write another chapter in its journey, marked by expansion, innovation, and global impact. From its commitment to excellence in coach training to its role as a strategic partner for leading companies, **EEC has continued to evolve in 2024** to meet the needs of a constantly changing world.

Internationalization has been one of the major milestones of the year. Thanks to its Executive Coaching Certification Program in English,, professional coaching has crossed borders, reaching more than 15 countries. But the transformation didn’t stop there. In its commitment to digitalization, **EEC launched**… DCX, Digital Coaching Experience, an **innovative platform** that enables companies to offer coaching processes in a **scalable and personalized** way.

Meanwhile, in the training area, more than 210 new coaches have obtained the Certification Level 2, with a rating of 94,4% by students. But it’s not just future coaches who have found their place at EEC. With the creation of the Leadership School, the organization has opened the door to professionals who wish to apply coaching skills in their daily lives without the need for certification.

Growth has also been reflected in the community of EEC Alumni, where the connection between coaching professionals has been stronger than ever. More than 2.400 people participated in free activities, further establishing Alumni as a space for learning and growth.

On its part, EEC Consulting has experienced unprecedented growth, with an increase of 50% in projects designed for companies.. The trust that organizations place in EEC is evident: 75% of its clients have been working with EEC for over 10 years., and 65% are part of the Madrid Stock Exchange Market, Ibex 35. Additionally, the consulting division has managed… 35 international projects internacionales in different languages, collaborating with over 5.000 professionals in their development and the one of their organizations.

The impact of DCX has been particularly significant: 90% of users have improved their results., with a satisfaction rate of 99%. and a NPS of 86%proof of the quality of the service.

But beyond the numbers, what truly defines this year are the voices of those who have experienced the transformation. Víctor Sardá, from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, highlighting how mentoring has boosted students’ self-esteem and leadership skills. Carmen Salamero, from LVMH Beauty Iberia, emphasizes the impact that EEC has had on the culture and communication within the organization.

Thus, with an eye on 2025, EEC continues to write its story, guided not only by numbers but by the people who give meaning to its work. As rightly advocated by Eva López-Acevedo and Silvia Guarnieri, EEC founding partners; "In the end, what drives us is not the numbers, but the people behind them."
