In a successful collaboration between EEC Italia and Kultur.Elle, the Escuela Europea de Coaching in Italy announces the launch of an innovative coaching training program in German.
The initiative, which represents the launch of a Level 1 programme by the ICF, will provide aspiring coaches with the skills and experience necessary to enter the professional field of coaching.
This new German-language format, which will start on March 8 and combines face-to-face sessions in Trieste, Italy, Graz, Austria and also remote online, is aimed at professionals who want to extend their leadership competence with coaching skills to create commitment and motivation.
For the director and trainer, Elisabeth Weingraber-Pircher, with experience applying the ontological approach in Italy, Brazil, the UK, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, "this is an exciting challenge to introduce ontological coaching in the German-speaking context".
This program marks an important milestone in coaching education in Italy and Austria, opening new doors for the professional and personal development of participants and setting a new standard of excellence in coaching education in Europe.
