What is your passion?
FREEDOM to enjoy my people: family, friends, co-workers...; to go mountain biking, running, climbing, snowboarding...; and to keep learning, growing as a human being and adding value to others.
Why are you in coaching?
Because it is part of my life purpose. It is the best opportunity I have to become a better version of myself and to help others to do the same. I am convinced that we can achieve an even better society.
How did you come to coaching?
Throughout my professional life I have dedicated myself to serving others, to accompanying others to achieve their challenges through leadership, training, mentoring and consulting. A few years ago, after rebuilding myself after a tough life experience, a coach trained at the School told me "you would be a good coach...". I didn't have time to find out more, to discover the transformative power of coaching and to get certified at the EEC, what better place to do it!
Define yourself in one sentence
Just comfortable outside my comfort zone.
What is your favourite book and song and why?
Book:
- I don't feel capable of choosing just one, so I recommend one from the house that I almost know by heart: "No es lo mismo" by Silvia Guarnieri. It brought about many paradigm shifts for me.
Song:
- The version of "Bohemian Rhapsody" (Queen) sung by Angelina Jordan, at the age of 13. I never get tired of listening to it.
