Learning. I’m passionate about discovering cultures, concepts, methods, languages, people, books... and being surprised by everything that exists out there. And I am absolutely passionate about dancing (salsa, if possible, and that’s total happiness)... From all those discoveries, I take what truly resonates with me and completes me, and I continue along a path of continuous growth that improves the previous version and, drum roll… “has no end!”

Because I have a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, along with the “quirk” of feeling wonderfully fulfilled when I positively impact others, like facilitating the change of my coachees... Coaching is the perfect formula that combines both of these factors, and it is a privilege to channel my talent and need into this profession.

While leading the implementation of a complex initiative (Six Sigma) in a multinational company, I had to individually support many professionals in acquiring the necessary skills, since group training was not enough. Discovering the impact of those individual, personalized meetings with each of those professionals, with their different needs, led me to explore how I could continue on that path... and I discovered that coaching was the answer that best suited me and the impact I wanted to have. That was 10 years ago, and I’m still just as in love, committed, and convinced about the “why” of this profession.
