What is your passion?
I feel the same emotion in a coaching session as I do when making music. It’s a human story, there’s transformation and a lot of emotions involved.
Why are you in coaching?
It’s a personal privilege to accompany and assist the growth of individuals and teams, and it brings me great well-being to share the joy and emotion of overcoming challenges.
How did you come to coaching?
My father is a coach, and I loved hearing about what he did. It seemed like a perfect fit for me, and I thought I could become one of those people who does what they love and excel at it.
Define yourself in one sentence
One of my mentors gave me this quote: “In music, before giving yourself, you must belong to yourself.” As a coach, I believe it’s important to keep learning about oneself in order to accompany others.
