Enric Bergonyo

His professional career with teams and organizations began in 1988 when he spent two years as the head of an exciting rural development project in Brazil, providing organizational support to farmer associations. From 1995 to 2000, with a renowned international NGO, he coordinated the cooperation policy with Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia, participating in the development of programs, strategic planning, budget management, and the identification and evaluation of multidisciplinary projects at the Latin American regional level. Years later, he took on key responsibilities in Operations within publishing companies. He led purchasing and manufacturing teams and coordinated import and export logistics, working closely with the creative, finance, and marketing departments. These experiences provided him with a solid understanding of operational and strategic management in international business environments. He is a lecturer in master's and postgraduate programs at the University of Barcelona, BSM UPF, and IED, specializing in people development through Coaching.

Book:

  • In addition to the classics (Echeverría, Wolk) and those produced by EEC in the field of distinctions, a must-read in the business realm is John Withmore’s book, and in systems, the Orders of Love by Bert Hellinger.
