I’m passionate about music; it makes me vibrate, inspires me, and sparks creativity. I play the saxophone and share some melodies in certain workshops or coaching sessions as a catalyst.

I’m also passionate about reading, going to the theater and opera, and I recognize art in all its forms.

Because I found a purpose, and it allowed me to reinvent myself. I studied systems, and after nearly 15 years in that field, coaching appeared in my life and captivated me. I discovered how to help others see and find themselves to enhance their abilities and qualities.

The Four Agreements by Miguel Ruiz, based on Toltec culture, and has been on the New York Times bestseller list for a decade. For me, this book marked a turning point in how I approach life now and how I transform my thoughts into positivity to help and motivate myself. It’s a guiding force that helps me stay centered.
