Why are you in coaching?
Because I love personal development, which for me is a look at our essence, going through and integrating the events and emotions that the flow of life brings, in order to build a better version of ourselves.
How did you come to coaching?
I came to coaching when I started to manage a multidisciplinary and multicultural team of people and I realized that I needed to improve my skills to communicate effectively with my colleagues: to learn to give and receive feedback, to know how to say no, etc, and so I started to dive first into PNL and later into Coaching.
