What is your passion?
I love dancing, traveling, reading a good book, I’m very curious, I enjoy learning a lot and sharing knowledge, experiences, and above all, living in the present.
Why are you in coaching?
I work in coaching because I believe in the transformative power of supporting people in their personal and professional growth. I am passionate about helping others discover their potential, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals. Seeing someone reach their objectives and gain greater clarity and confidence in themselves is incredibly rewarding.
How did you come to coaching?
I came to coaching after experiencing a process of self-discovery and personal development. At some point in my career, I realized that my passion wasn’t just growing myself, but also helping others do the same. After working in different fields, I noticed that many people needed support to reach their goals and overcome challenges. This led me to train as a coach at the best school, EEC, and since then, I’ve been able to guide others on their own transformational journeys.
Training at EEC was a turning point in my life (Literally).
Define yourself in one sentence
I didn’t know it was impossible, so I went ahead and did it.
What is your favourite book and song and why?
Book:
- "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz. It’s a simple yet powerful work that offers practical principles for living with more personal freedom and inner peace. Its teachings can help change the way you relate to yourself and others.
Song:
- As for the song, I really enjoy "Don’t Stop Me Now" by Queen. It’s an energetic and motivating song, perfect for moments when you need a boost of confidence or encouragement. The lyrics and rhythm create a sense of personal power and joy.
