What is your passion?

Traveling, discovering new places, cultures, and people in each location. Their stories, life narratives, architecture, and food bring me closer to the ways of living and doing in both current and past societies…

Why are you in coaching?

I consider coaching to be a very powerful discipline through which I can contribute by facilitating the learning process, helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve their goals and do so from a space that provides well-being and satisfaction. I am still in love with it.

How did you come to coaching?

As an architect, one of my roles was being a project manager. What caught my attention was that individuals who had high standards of excellence in their tasks, when working with others, lowered their level. After a few weeks, I started recognizing a pattern in all of them: we would begin meetings discussing the project and tasks, but end up talking about the people and the relationships between them. My learning in project management had focused on estimates, budgets, project planning, critical paths, etc., but the relationships between people and team formation had not been mentioned at all. I decided to learn about these topics to be a better project manager and began my coaching career… It was a “one-way journey,” I simply fell in love with the profession.

Define yourself in one sentence

I am driven by passion for what I do, the search for coherence and excellence (though I often find myself being overly demanding…), I care about aesthetics, people’s well-being, including my own, and being every day in the place where I choose to be.
