What is your passion?
I have many!!! I am passionate about living life as a family surrounded by friends and being in community.
My profession and learning from the people I work with.
To compete with my Padel team.

Why are you in coaching?
Accompanying people and professionals to connect with their purpose so that they can achieve their challenges is undoubtedly my source of inspiration and self-improvement on a daily basis.
It is my purpose signifying the raison d'être.
How did you come to coaching?
I have always had a passion for human development and being at the service of people.
My sporting experience and previous professional career in the banking sector were key to my training as an ontological, executive and team coach.
My expatriation from Madrid to Singapore was dedicated to the care of my three very young children and I started to explore wellness practices, especially Mindfulness and I started to take trainings based on human behavioural research.
My move to Singapore to Brussels was reason enough to start studying and professionalising my career as a coach.
I feel that coaching is part of my personality as a way of feeling and relating to the world.

What is your favourite book and song and why?

How hard to say one, I want to share the book Leaders People Love Author Singaporean Yeo Chuen Chuen invited me to the launch of her new publication, which offers practical guidance on how leaders can develop behaviours that foster a positive and productive work environment.
An approach based on creating kind culture from self-love. I am excited to share and feel very aligned with Yeo.
