Los resultados hablan por sí solos: valoraciones de los participantes superiores a 4,8 sobre 5, una mejora continua en clima y compromiso organizacional, y el reconocimiento de Sabadell como Top Employer 2024.

Además, para el directivo, la clave de la colaboración entre Sabadell y Escuela Europea de Coaching está en la «capacidad de adaptación, la alineación con los valores» de la entidad y la construcción de una «relación de confianza a largo plazo».

The success of the UPM-ASPRIMA Real Estate Degree Mentoring Program is based on the clear definition of the roles of both mentor and mentee, allowing them to establish a two-way relationship built on respect and trust.

With guidance and training from EEC’s expert coaches, both mentors and mentees are empowered to achieve their goals in a structured and effective way.

Since 2015, LVMH Iberia has been working closely with Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) to design and implement innovative programs that enhance communication, leadership, and adaptability to change.
