Who is the target audience?
Active and experienced coaches with ICF ACC, PCC or MCC credentials who are looking to expand their skills and explore new dimensions in the coach-coachee relationship.
Goals
As a participant in this program, coaches will enrich their professional practice through the development of advanced coaching skills and tools. They will work on evolved ways of putting their active listening skills at the service of the client, as well as reflective tools for the creation of a space for transformation and learning at the service of their client.

- Direct application of techniques and tools in coaching sessions.

Participants will enjoy an opportunity to work with expert coach Luis Carchak, MCC by ICF. Luis will accompany and share with participants those failures and successful experiences that resulted in becoming an artisan of coaching. Luis masters the subtle, highly artisanal tools that hold great impact towards customer learning.

Nurturing listening
¿Qué miedo nos posee habitualmente a los coaches que nos incita a no sostener el silencio en nuestras sesiones?
Escuchar es dejarse transformar por la palabra del otro. Entrenarás habilidades específicas:
- Use of silence as a tool for active listening.
- Explorar cambios de energía, señales no verbales, y otros comportamientos.
- Reflejar y resumir para garantizar calidad y comprensión.
- To sustain presence, contact and questioning from a shared silence.

¿Cómo pulir el propio espejo para acompañar a otros en el camino de su compromiso?
Entrenarás 12 tipos de espejos diferentes para asistir a tu coachee a calibrar mejor su mirada sobre sí mismo y su entorno. Entre ellos, el espejo vacío de juicios.
- Evoking awareness.
- Non-attached sharing of observations, intuitions, comments, thoughts and inviting the client to explore them.
- Ask direct, clear and open questions, allowing space to think.
Paradoxes
¿Cómo invitar al cliente a desarrollar una mentalidad más compleja y a abordar los desafíos de manera más efectiva?
La palabra ‘paradoja’ se utiliza para describir una declaración o situación aparentemente contradictoria que, sin embargo, puede tener una explicación lógica o verdadera.
Practicarás cómo:
Reconocer y explorar dilemas aparentemente contradictorios. Promover la aceptación de la ambigüedad.
Aceptar la incertidumbre y la entropía como parte de la solución. Desarrollar habilidades de pensamiento sistémico.
Prácticas en grupo
Los participantes realizarán prácticas en grupos con el fin de consolidar los aprendizajes, así como identificar posibles pasos necesarios en su práctica para crear un espacio de aprendizaje profundo a su cliente.
A sugerencia del formador, cada participante completará y trabajará sobre las lecturas propuestas.

This program provides 15 hours of continuing education, approved by ICF and eligible to contribute to your credential renewal requirements.
