What happens when the members of a team do not have a common understanding and do not share a common strategy? In organisations there are excellent technical professionals who cannot work as a team and generate contexts of trust that stimulate creativity and development. Identifying what limits the development of the team and initiating a transformation that allows extraordinary results to be achieved is the mission of a team coach. It is also the raison d'être of this coaching programme for high-performance teams.

This program offers a double learning experience for you: one out of holding the role of a live team coach and another out of holding the role of team member within a team that is being coached.Program entails training sessions, competence training, practical training and specific supervision in team coaching.

Who is the target audience?

The program is aimed at practicing executive coaches, team leaders and human resources professionals.

Goals

  • To evolve as a team coach incorporating the newly learnt strategies and, also, live the experience of being a member of a team that undergoes coaching.
  • To train techniques, strategies, coach competences and specific skills of a team coach.
  • Learn to do an in-depth reading of the teams' dynamics and relating strategies, based on the systemic approach.

Methodology

This Specialisation Programme in Organisational Coaching maintains our educational approach based on the combination of theoretical sessions with permanent practices and field work, which guarantees a complete training. We consider coaching to be an art that consists of mastering the theory, knowing the technique at a conceptual level, putting into practice what you have learned and operating with the tools that allow you to achieve results.

In the International Team Coaching Program, each participant exercises the role of a team coach and contributes to improving their development and results. Supported by EEC's supervisors and pedagogical department, participants witness team meetings in real time.

The teams that are formed create a new business project, which they take to the implementation phase throughout the program. This requires the team to learn about the different phases of the life of a team, about decision-making, the choice of priorities, the delegation of tasks, the role of the leader, and other accompanying activities very much similar to those of a team coach.
